Because no real publisher, official domain, or verified contact channels have been established, it does not fabricate an EULA, Privacy Notice, Terms of Use, or trademark authorization.
Documentation
Data and Permissions describes current desktop-application data flows, but it is not a legal Privacy Notice. A real publisher can approve the corresponding legal text only after the launch regions, data-processing facts, and operating infrastructure are known.
